In the last 15 years he has trained sales professionals in every industry and across the country; from software giants in Silicon Valley to manufacturing companies in Western Pennsylvania.
Although “sales” as an idea hasn’t changed much in the past 150+ years, the last 15 have definitely affected the landscape. People are much more research oriented and far better informed today than at any other time in the world’s existence. Scot began consulting with and training clients in the sales development field in 2007. Prior to that, his career spanned decades in the corporate world where he started out “making the coffee in the morning and taking the trash out at night” and ended up as President.
Along the way, Scot recruited, mentored, developed and led sales teams to award winning performances.
